A Good habit
Your coach to follow you up on your daily checklist questions.
Rate yourself on the scale of 10 for your efforts to achieve the same, you can set the frequency at which you are asked to rate yourself. Track your progress on every checklist question since the beginning and focus your attention as needed.
This app is inspired by daily checklists technique explained in the book - Triggers : Sparking positive change and making it last by Marshall & Reiter, Mark Goldsmith.
I recommend you to read the book to fully understand the technique

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
Swipe right to questions in Manage questions section to Edit, delete them.
Delete, now works! and has two options, you can completely delete question including the report or you can just delete the question keeping report.

Need to be able to set times for questions
I like the app but If I want to do a daily question at end of day, it shouldn’t show up until then. It mixes hourly and daily questions. Need to be able to set times for alerts
Need some options for setting the time of notifications
It’s a great idea to vote for your daily questions but if I want to answer a daily question it should show up at the end of the day. I think the app needs to have settings for notifications and time of asking daily or weekly questions.
I’m kinda locked out
Day #2 with this app. I want to rate my days performance, but it won’t let me. All I can do ask a new question or check my report card.
After one day of use, I don’t need to check my report card.
