Do not use!!
Do not use this app. I would give a zero star if I could. The customer service team is extremely unhelpful and very rude. The app is not that easy to navigate, especially when you are trying to set up an annual pass with the EBT option. They will tell you anything just so that you can purchase it, it’s ridiculous. Use any other app you can to rent bikes. Plus, they won’t even allow you to use a debit card it’s credit card only, very lame.👎🏾
Fort Worth center tweaking hour tested
App was quick to setup for a first time user. I only had 6% battery after getting off the train at 10:45pm. I was able to download the app, create an account, loan my phone to a local tweaker so he could make a phone call, finish putting in my credit card information and check out the bike all before my phone died. I need to read over the pricing again but my 15m ride only cost $2.
Credit card wouldn’t register
I tried to set up an account but couldn’t. I tried registering with my Visa credit card and it failed. Called customer service and they said they only accept major credit cards. Visa is major. I asked what they accept and they couldn’t tell me. That’s insane.
