Triominos is an online, multi-player game, that lets you compete with your friends and family anywhere, any time. Search for your friends by username or invite your Facebook friends to play. If you want to play on your own or practice in between games with friends, try the single player mode—you can test your skills and strategy by playing against the computer.
▶ HOW TO PLAY
Slide your triangular tiles onto the “board,” matching one of the sides with the side of a tile that’s already in play. You’ll earn points for each tile you play, and bonus points for making combinations like a bridge, a hexagon, or a double hexagon. It’s easy to learn and quick to play—whether you sneak in quick moves while waiting in line for lunch or sit down and play for hours.

A hint option would be nice
I would really like a hint option like in solitaire. It could speed up the game if after about 10 seconds a tile would hilight if there was a match. It would also be nice to have an undo button when I see a move too late. Overall, I really like the game and the level of the AI of the bot. I also think on the advanced levels the bot is a bit too ‘lucky’ drawing just the needed tile to complete a bridge or hexagon.
Great but could be even better
This is a great game but could be improved on with just a few tweaks. It needs to have a play notification when you’re outside of the game, also save favorite players for quick access.
Some real problems
Having been a big follower of the original board game and another electronic version of the game that now cost $ I am having two really big problems with your version of the game.
Number one: it doesn’t follow the original rules. These rule stated that the one who starts first is the one who has a triangle that has the highest situation where all 3 numbers are the same (I.e. like 3 5’s or 3 4’s etc). This game just starts Willy nilly. I may have 3 5’s put the computer gets to play first a piece with no matching numbers.
Second, plain and simple it cheats. The computer plays a piece and while I’m looking at my pieces and it still is my turn it will play another piece. Also, the computer may play a piece that totals 9 points but it will give itself 12 points.
Both of these points really need to be corrected. It will those of us that really love the game play more often!!!!
