I usually spend a lot of time creating travel documentation for our trips. This app delivered by EcoChile, a great travel company handling tours to Patagonia had everything, literally everything you need to keep track of your trick. Daily calendar of where you are what you are doing, options, what’s included and what is not, along with restaurant and sight seeing suggestions for when you are on your own. But the best part of this app is the ability to communicate with everyone via email, telephone or text. My wife was on the trip with a friend and I was at home tracking everything on the app. If I asked the agent a question via text I got an answer promptly. My wife was able to ask questions too and the EcoChile staff became more like friends than vendors. Combined with the use of Kakao Talk, a Korean app like WhatsApp that allows you to make and receive phone calls for free anywhere in the world, this keep me and my wife in touch the whole trip and allowed me to interact with the travel staff as well. I’m going to try to learn how to program this app to the same level for our future trips. Highly recommended.

Great app especially for a longer trip. Easy to use. Lots of details. I liked that it real time updated the airline flights with on time or not and gate information. Icons were helpful for a quick glance of what was happening that day (flight, hotel check in/out, tour). Suggestion for improvements - 1) tabs where you could see a just list of accommodations, or just a list of lights, or just a list of tours with confirmation numbers, etc. 2) add an option for a calendar view

I saw a demo at Travel Agent Forum and Cruise 360 in April 2018. I did the trial and found it intuitive so I signed on. My clients love it. I have used for FITs and groups and the love having all the information on their mobile device. The team is also responsive when there is an occasional issue. They are also quick to add new city guides that are requested. I would like to have the ability to load my client’s info and select from the list when sharing trips. I love being able to copy and modify trips and create my own items. It makes thins super easy.
