This used to be a great app until it wasn’t. I can’t even sun on now. It tells me I’m using the wrong user name and password. I go to the website and use the same ones and it logs me right in.I wish they would fix this, if it weren’t such a pain I’d close my account because this app is not useful at all. I uninstalled it several times and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work. All it does is makes it to where I have to call and reset my password because it’s showing that I’m using the wrong ones.

I hate this app! It’s so difficult to use because the continue functions are generally misplaced compared to other apps. Typically continue functions are at the bottom of pages. The locations on this app are random! Also, I don’t like that I can’t make a regular loan payment without paying a late charge I incurred a year ago even though those fees are not due until the loan pay-off!!

This app is AWESOME!! I love it and never have ANY issues. The bank is always willing to help out if you do get locked out and you get a real person to help you step by step. I have an iPhone and it works perfect.
