A great way for kids to access the wonders of Rome

As a parent who has visited Rome with young kids as a tourist and lived as a resident in Rome with young kids as well, I can say that Trova is a great way to engage them with Rome’s often overwhelming cultural and historical treasures. By breaking down experiences into a fun and well written, well structured game with lots of easily digestible and very interesting and accurate facts, it makes an easy go of what might otherwise be chaotic visits during which a parent who hasn’t studied Roman history in depth might struggle to explain to kids what they are seeing. The pacing and time needed to finish each experience are just right.

Great way for kids to learn about Rome’s history!

This app strikes an engaging balance between treasure hunting and teasing out details and facts about Ancient Rome. I think it’s fun for young learners that might otherwise be put off from the overwhelming amount of information and material remains. They will come away from this experience with a new appreciation of history and archaeology!

Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Completed two of the five trails with kids age 11, although they found some of the clues easy to solve they were engaged and motivated to answer the questions correctly. I highly recommend it for the fun and for the knowledge gained while answering the questions.
