App need to fix asap

First of all you can’t view your profile to remove and or add you payments option terrible. TRSTD pass is supposed to be free but I was charged $2.00 for 3 or 2 passes. I am mistakenly deleted my account instead of logging out and I can’t get them back. Hard to understand the functionality of the app. Needs a lot of fixing imo.

Would give 0 stars if possible

The Orchard Shop drop was one of the worst sneaker releases of the year… the app crashed and I’ve now been “waiting in the queue” for 30 mins. I thought this app was supposed to help?
