Truck Parking Club 4+

I’ve been an OTR driver for one year and just moved to a dedicated route running out of Atlanta. I didn’t realize that, as big as Atlanta is, truck stop parking is so scarce. In my search for decent parking, to prevent having to spend hundreds weekly on a hotel, I stumbled across Truck Parking Club. My experience with their customer service has already exceeded my expectations. I am happy to be a part of Truck Parking Club. I wish I knew about this service when I was OTR, as I usually drive late night hours. This would have made finding a decent place to park less stressful. I highly recommend this service to any professional driver, especially the ladies out there (like myseld$ who may desire that extra security when parking.

I was having financial issues recently, and when I called in, they helped me figure out how to resolve them, and still let me park at the spot. Every time I call in, they are always friendly and helpful. Traci, the manager, especially is great to work with. I recommend this app for when you need parking, as they offer competitive prices and have such a friendly staff.

This is by far one of the most unwieldy apps I’ve ever used. The log in is complicated and kicks you out to the web page. The fact you need to scan your location at the signs and you can’t get a usable receipt plus it takes over 20 minutes to make a reservation even after jumping thru the hoops just to pay for parking makes this a very inconvenient app and one that is even worse to use when your tired from a long day of driving and working. I will bypass these locations unless I have no other options in the future until they can fix the issues with their program
