TruckTA brings dispatchers, company staff, fleet owners, and professional drivers together in one secure workspace for managing car-hauling operations.
Access is connected to a participating TruckTA company and controlled by each user’s assigned role and permissions.
Dispatchers and company staff can:
- Review operational dashboards and active-load information.
- Coordinate loads, drivers, trucks, and trailers.
- Monitor pickup and delivery progress.
- Review permitted documents and records requiring attention.
- Use TruckTA AI to ask questions about permitted company operations and supported TruckTA workflows.
- View permitted fleet locations shared by assigned drivers.
Fleet owners can:
- Review fleet activity and weekly load summaries.
- View assigned drivers, trucks, and trailers.
- Review fleet data-health issues.
- View available gross, driver-pay, deduction, reimbursement, and settlement summaries.
- Open, share, download, and print available settlement statements.
- View permitted current truck locations and limited location history.
Drivers can:
- Review assigned loads, vehicles, pickup details, and delivery details.
- Send permitted load-status updates from the road.
- Upload authorized BOL, POD, and load photos.
- Review driver and assigned-equipment documents and expiration status.
- See assigned trucks and trailers.
- Review available pay and settlement summaries.
- Receive company and load notifications.
- Share the precise location of an assigned company truck when the company, jurisdiction, account, assignment, and device permissions are approved.
Background location
TruckTA location sharing supports authorized fleet operations. When a driver enables this feature, TruckTA may use precise location in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use. This allows authorized company staff and fleet owners to view permitted current truck locations and limited location history.
TruckTA presents a clear disclosure before requesting operating-system location permission. Location is not used for advertising.
An active invitation or account from a participating TruckTA company is required. Available features depend on company settings, user permissions, assignments, device settings, and jurisdiction.
