Dr Dharuv hi you know actually I am I have a some issue with my log and when I call TruckX I speak with the team is the guy Mr. is very nice very kind very professional and actually I’m very happy with them. They are very professional people and they understand and I hope the old tracker they can have this app and they can enjoy with them because anytime you call in the morning or afternoon or night. If you have any issue or any connection or anything that will land they will answer understand the problem they will. Just got done talking to DG aka Dhruv Goswami from TrucX what a great guy just help me out so much today & in the pastEvery time I talk to DG he’s so very helpful and he goes above and beyond doing his job and is very knowledgeable of how things work. Like most of you I don’t like using ELD, But DG is very calm and patient to explain how it works I’m starting to understand it more we need more people like this gentleman who take’s pride and appreciate their job and gos the extra mile to help individuals like me understand what my options are, what’s right what’s wrong and keep me out of trouble and in compliance with the DOT. thank you very much sir God bless.
Excellent customer service.
When I purchased the unit I was skeptical as there are so many to choose from. Jitesh was awesome and told me that he will take care of any concerns I had. We got it ordered and off and running.
Today the system had a hiccup and threw a 3 min drive in the middle of my rest when I was on a personal drive. That messed up by day for duty time and drive time.
I just called TruckX and Saurav in technical support answered. Saurav was Extreamly customer oriented and resolved my issue right away. He knew exactly what needed to be done, fixed the issue and I got my 7 hours back to my day.
So far zero complaints on the hardware, zero complaints on the app and as far as customer service, the people I have personally spoke with have had nothing but the utmost professionalism and quickest resolution to my concerns.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for an ELD, give TruckX a Try. You will be happy you did.
