True Classic 17+

I’m a tall slim man and these are the first tees that actually fit me! My problem is that standard length tees are too short for me. If I get an Xtra Large tee it is too big on me in the shoulders. These Tall Large Tees hug my waist and are snug at my arms! I feel better and look better in these Tall Length. Just type “tall” in the search box and they will pop up!

I’ve been constantly seeing the ads for True Classic Tees for a while and finally decided to try it. I also needed to change out my wardrobe because I haven’t bought any new summer fits in a while. So, I ordered the “staple 6-pack”. After feeling the material and seeing the quality of the tees, I’m a bit disappointed. One of my staple tees came in with a hole in the left shoulder. :( The material feels very thin. They are comfy but I’d say they feel like knock-off Hollister’s shirts. I also found threads falling off the Tees. The lines on the sides aren’t nicely sewed together. When you pull on the shirt to stretch it, you can see the threads in the lines getting pulled in and out too. The ends of the threads on my tees are showing/coming out from the shirts like they weren’t trimmed when someone sewed them.

I kept trying for almost a week via chat and email to be able to use my credits to buy a product package they weren’t offering on the website but only on the app. You can’t use your credits on the app and no matter how clearly you explain this to customer service they keep answering a completely different question and only way, way later. It’s like talking to a wall. It’s a simple fix. Don’t change your reward system without updating your app. Long story short I had to pay full price and still can’t use my credits which now have an expiration date. Cute right? Used these guys for a long time but starting to think it’s time to find a new more competent company that can read emails and chats and not just scan rinse and repeat.
