Description
True Helix is a proprietary all-in-one workforce technology solution that will transcend traditional scheduling. This multifaceted software is built to assign and archive caregiver shifts. Caregivers will be able to see all scheduled shifts, prior shifts, and clock in and out. Clients will be able to see caregivers on assignment and manage caregiver time.
True Helix offers app-to-app connections for healthcare professionals and clients to directly interact, offer, and fill shifts with one another. Our system is designed for per diem, travel nursing, home care, locums, allied healthcare, and all other healthcare positions.
The True Helix software is specifically built for staffing firms, healthcare facilities, home health providers, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients.

The latest updated version worked! I was able to clock out with True Helix app! Thanks for listening to us!!

This app is garbage. My staffing agency switched to this for whatever reason probably it being cheaper. Well the saying goes don’t fix it if it ain’t broke should have stuck with them before the switch. I will now be submitting paper time slips which they do not won’t because they “fixed” something that wasn’t broke in the first place!!

Terrible
Absolutely terrible. Should’ve just stayed with the old DNA app or stayed with paper time sheets. Maybe before releasing an app, maybe you should make sure that it actually works first. Every time I try to clock out the app crashes and I get an attitude from the agency
