Ratings and Reviews
When it works it’s great.
I have an issue where I’m constantly getting locked out.
Fine during business hours on a week day.
Terrible when it happens 13:30 on a Saturday.
I have Face ID, and that’s how I always log in. Until the app decides it can’t validate my credentials.
Which happens almost weekly at best. Sometimes multiple times a day.
Can we please get a fix for this?

App looks better than old 1. Inconvenient that had no warning they were updating, had to set up passwords & facial recognition all over again when was in a hurry to start with. Would have been nice to know beforehand. New app seems to be working great though!
Much improved!
The new version of this app is great! I can deposit checks and send payments using Zelle right from the main menu. I can also see my investment portfolio.
