I’ve been making great strides to improve my credit score for years! Now I have the means to pay down and pay off my debts, Truity has made this much easier with approving my credit card application for a rather generous limit! Now I am able to raise my credit score where it was before I became disabled!Thanks Truity! 🥳KansasMan63

Used to be a great app, I have multiple accounts: personal, business, mortgage and I could flawlessly navigate between them. No longer, since they recently changed to no longer support anything under ios16. I have already called them to advocate for at least ios15. No one has any answers as to why, It’s ridiculous that a banking app is shutting so many people out of access, downright criminal. Also, this is the only banking app I can find that only supports ios16 and later. Go ahead and do a search yourself, I searched over 20 major banking apps at random and many credit unions (including in my own state) some even still support ios 13! Its really unfortunate that Truity decided to do this.

They are up to date with available features. The app is awesome and very easy to use. Service staff has always been nothing short of as helpful and friendly as possible.

I have had no problems with the App since the new change, UNTIL, yesterday morning my app would ask my passcode as usual log me in & as soon as my accounts load the whole app just shuts off instantly I have rebooted & even completely deleted the app & re installed it & cant get any help fixing this my husbands works fine still but im VERY VERY UNHAPPY & BEYOND FRUSTRATED, I have been with Truity for 15years & have always been more than happy with them over any bank! So im very upset I cant get this fixed when I use this app very frequently & have become used to relying on it bc it was so dependable so beyond frustrated is an understatement
