Fantastic mobile banking app

By far one of the best mobile banking app I’ve used. Worlds better than the old system they had in place. Modern interface that looks the same across all devices and web page. Signing in progress is straight forward but might seem difficult but they are trying to be more secure. I logged in no problem. Big fan of the Face ID unlock :)

Still can’t make deposits work

You would think in the time of COVID, it would be extra important to make check deposits work in the app. They still don’t consistently, it’s hit or miss if it will work. Sometimes tapping on the screen doesn’t take a picture, sometimes the camera icon disappears from the front / back buttons on the deposit screen (or won’t stay centered) making me retake the front or back several times until the camera icon for the other side reappears. And when I finally get it to take a picture and do the deposit, it might tell me the check isn’t valid or the picture is bad. It’s a perfectly valid and machine printed check on a well lit dark countertop. Yes, I’m on the latest version of the app according to the App Store on an iPhone SE2.

Terrible!

Y’all really need to fix this app. After reading several reviews I see I am far from the only one experiencing this problem. It CONSTANTLY crashes for NO reason! God forbid I navigate from the main screen with account balances after logging in..... if I try to access a specific account or make a transfer I am kicked out back to the login screen. Every time! I can use login banking directly though your website but this app. Forget it. And then, after being kicked out, I try to log back in and it says an error occurred and to call. But, when I try to log in after that it works..... but then kicks me out if I try to do anything. I’d rather have the old app back. Especially if this is an issue with iPad compatibly as another reviewer said they were told. This can’t be that hard to do since the old app worked fine.
