* Benchmark against competitors
* Understand your performance trends over time
* View your NPS score

Live Experience
* Receive guest messages and Live Survey reviews in real time
* Receive push notifications when new messages or Live reviews arrive
* Send replies directly within the app
* Add or remove Teams from conversations
* Send and receive images and files
* Forward messages to your own internal Team Chat
* Have 1:1 conversations or coordinate with your whole team in a group chat.

New improvements to the TrustYou app allow you to efficiently manage your reputation and guest communication while you are away from your desk. A new design makes it easier for you to view and respond to online reviews. With the new dashboard, you quickly view and analyze your main hotel KPIs. Requires the TrustYou Analytics and/ or TrustYou Analytics Enterprise license.

We have addressed some bugs and issues reported by our users, resulting in a more stable and reliable app overall.

Pretty good.

Not as good as the desktop version but it certainly gives me the info I need on the go and allows me to respond and navigate intuitively.

The most frustrating and infuriating part is I o come up with nickname to submit my review. Every attempt has been taken.
