Elegantly Simple

This bank app is the best one I have. TruWest has made it so simple to find and use any tool they have. It’s a sleek, minimal design that requires almost no getting used to. Never had an outage, never had to call customer support to figure out how to use it. There are some functions that are not available through the app and require using the website or phone banking, but those are rarely used situations. For every day, mobile banking, I think this app is great.

One of the best apps I use

The app's responsiveness and quick transaction processing contribute to a smooth user experience, making it a top choice for efficient and secure mobile banking. This Zelle being added to this app, there is nothing it can’t do.

Credit card babysitter

TruWest makes me call them every time I travel to let them know where I am going —and for how long. If I don’t, they stop my credit card from working. I can’t think of a more inconvenient thing. Will have to change banks after 30 years because of this lame policy
