14 day trial? Yes please!

I have been with cricket before and haven’t ever been happy with their service before, so I think it’s pretty cool how they let you try it out for free to let you see if like it or not. That is something I don’t think metro could never! I remember when cricket first came out and it was only really available in Tennessee and Mississippi, I was a little happy with the service then until I moved to Va and then it sucked, but I know over the years they have have approved so much more. And I really hope this time even after my 14 days I might be even convinced to switch once and for all. Thank you for the free trial cricket! I’m definitely smiling 😃

Free trial data ran out day 2.

I really wanted to put cricket wireless to the test I've heard pretty good things about their service however the small amount of data allotted for the free trial was way too skimpy. I downloaded files and apps to test speeds (which were good ) at different times before I knew it day two I received a text message the data had been depleted. Now while I commend the service itself receiving and making phone calls and text messages with absolutely no problems I think cricket should offer more data for the trial. I recently tried Verizon free trial for one month, their service was nearly flawless as they allotted unlimited data mostly at high-speed and I rated their service five stars. Verizon had me begging for more when the trial ended . Yes Verizon is slightly more expensive, however for me the price is worth the service with Verizon. My advice to cricket offer more data for your trial. I canceled your trial early because of this and went with a different carrier.

Deleted eSIM, no microphone, not able to receive tests

I had cricket before, terminated because they had horrible cell service. They even closed the local store because they refused to invest in more service. So now I’m in a different state. Did the 14-day trial period. What a joke.
Got texts, and made one call in 1-day. Then cricket deleted the eSIM, so the phone microphone refused to work, and I couldn’t receive texts to make an account. Call customer service, no microphone. So chatted with them. Told me to end the trial, and to reload the app. Guess what? Trial period is ended with no way to restart it. This is beyond a joke. And I found out they closed one of two local cricket stores because people were bailing on the cricket cell service because it’s such a joke. No cell service, no towers, app deletes the eSIM, and ends your trial period after only 11-hours. Don’t waste your time, go to a reputable cell company. Geez
