RTD Bluetooth doesn’t connect or anything

It literally worked once for data log today and now it literally won’t connect or even find it in Bluetooth settings: I’ve had one of these couple yrs ago and never had an issue with it. I could of data logged with a laptop with sct. I dont see the value in paying $300 for a unit that doesn’t work or you have to spend hours trying to troubleshoot. Also after sending a ecu in having to wait two weeks. Not happy.

Ok when it works

Have been using this app with my iPhone for about a year. I haven’t had a lot of problems, but have had a few connectivity issues over that time. In the past 2 weeks, the app has started having a lot of issues. File sync sometimes doesn’t work. I can’t data log half the time and it crashes then closes on its own. This week is even worse. It will not data log at all. It starts then locks up and closes. I’m wondering if this is due to the latest update or something else.

Great for scanning and data logs

This does everything I need it to do. I scan and clear DTCs, data log and do readiness checks on my vehicles. Users need to understand, you still need a laptop to tune. This is not so you can custom tune via your phone however you can flash tunes with your phone if you have a linked tuner. Simple and straight forward. The scanning and data logging is better than any other tool on the market!
