App does not match the items that are at the store check in so you have to check in twice which makes the app not a useful as it should be. Also the app need to have some description of what the services are. It’s great to see if your favorite stylist is available.

Frankly, it’s a disaster. When it was released it wouldn’t recognize my account, so I created a new one using the same email address and phone number. That tells me the old account was deleted. Fine.

Go into the Salon and they have no record of my VIP membership under the new account. Receptionist says I have two accounts and she needs to merge them. What she meant was she needed to delete the account tie to the app. Fast forward to today and, as expected, I have to create an app account (again). Looking forward to it getting deleted next week.

Now for the app itself. It’s next to impossible to schedule an appointment based on a date and time that’s convenient for me. First, select the service and then I have to pick a stylist. No, I want to pick a time and see who’s available. I’ll adjust accordingly. Instead, I have to play some stupid guessing game. Beyond frustrating.

The new interface is awful. The previous version was much easier to navigate because more information was presented on a screen. With the new app, if you select a stylist and they don’t have any availability, you’ve got to back all the way out and start again. Previously, you could see all the stylists and their openings on one screen. Plus the services menu is a mess too. This is not an upgrade from the previous version.
