Amazing Customer Service
This is to rave about the amazing customer service. I was having issues with not getting notifications recently and immediately someone reached out to me to try and fix the issue. I’ve never had someone reach out so quickly and be so committed to solve the issue until it was totally fixed. I love the app it’s amazing but Even when there are hiccups I will never leave the app because of the outstanding service. 🤩

Doesn’t work
I was very excited when I found this app. I am someone who is always on the lookout for cheap on sale iTunes movies. I thought this app would have been perfect for me as it would have done all the work for me when it came to looking out for movie sales.
Well I was very wrong. I’ve been on the lookout for the Harry Potter collection to go on sale, so I added the Harry Potter movies to my wish list. Well last night I was browsing through the discounted movies on iTunes because I was bored and sure enough, there was the Harry Potter movie collection on sale for $50, originally $80. The TunesGenie app did NOT notify me of the discounted price and I almost missed the sale thanks to their false advertising. Don’t trust this app. If there’s a movie you want for sale, you’re better off keeping an eye out yourself.

You did find a bug here, and it is now corrected.
As of Dec 24th 2018, I have fixed this bug in TunesGenie notifications system.
It impacted roughly 1 out of every 5,000 records in TunesGenie database.
Keep in mind that there may be anywhere between 1 to 3 days between a price is dropped in iTunes, and TunesGenie finding it.

Great app!
This app has been so handy for me as I am trying to transfer all of my hard copy DVDs to digital. The sales have really saved me a lot of money.
The only problem I am having is the app does not seem to want to refresh. I have tried force quitting the app, restarting the computer, and I seem to have the latest version. I know sales on movies don’t refresh every day but I know there’s a problem when I go to purchase a movie and the window does not pop up so I can buy it. This does seem to be a newer problem for me. Once this bug is fixed it will be the perfect app!
