Amazing Customer Service

This is to rave about the amazing customer service. I was having issues with not getting notifications recently and immediately someone reached out to me to try and fix the issue. I’ve never had someone reach out so quickly and be so committed to solve the issue until it was totally fixed. I love the app it’s amazing but Even when there are hiccups I will never leave the app because of the outstanding service. 🤩

Unreliable

I've used this app for years and bought tons of movies using it. I do appreciate the developer making an app like this. But it needs to be fixed. I dealt with the flaws in hopes of improvement. I think I've waited long enough. The prices are not accurate. It will show sales, but the movies are full price. I click on a movie and sometimes nothing happens. It's easier to look at the Apple TV store at this point and go through their sales section or search. I have around 1,000 movies through Apple, so I'm not saying this from a point of inexperience. I hope the app is improved, so I'll keep checking back in. But at the moment, it's too unreliable. Please fix these issues so I can continue supporting the app. I will update my review when I see improvements.

Doesn’t work

I was very excited when I found this app. I am someone who is always on the lookout for cheap on sale iTunes movies. I thought this app would have been perfect for me as it would have done all the work for me when it came to looking out for movie sales.

Well I was very wrong. I’ve been on the lookout for the Harry Potter collection to go on sale, so I added the Harry Potter movies to my wish list. Well last night I was browsing through the discounted movies on iTunes because I was bored and sure enough, there was the Harry Potter movie collection on sale for $50, originally $80. The TunesGenie app did NOT notify me of the discounted price and I almost missed the sale thanks to their false advertising. Don’t trust this app. If there’s a movie you want for sale, you’re better off keeping an eye out yourself.

You did find a bug here, and it is now corrected.
As of Dec 24th 2018, I have fixed this bug in TunesGenie notifications system.
It impacted roughly 1 out of every 5,000 records in TunesGenie database.
Keep in mind that there may be anywhere between 1 to 3 days between a price is dropped in iTunes, and TunesGenie finding it.
