New Turbolocks can easily be added to the app, giving you total control of all your locks through one easy-to-use app.
Use the app for direct control of key codes. You can reset keypad codes and track how often your door has been opened. Push notifications are also available so you know everything that occurs at any time.
With the app, you will know who has access to your Turbolock anytime, anywhere. Give access to those you trust by sending permanent or temporary keys by phone or email. A single tap even allows you to view and delete user access.
Never guess about your administrative passwords again with the Turbolock app. You can update your password, and for added security, you can track your password history.

I've been able to keep track of how many times my door opened which is such a unique feature.
Is Turbolock out of business?
This app has been saying “Network error” for several weeks now. Phone calls to the company are cut off as “user busy”. Attempts to email their support only gets an auto response saying they’ll get back to you in 72 hours. But no one ever does. Web site shows all products out of stock or with no “add to cart” button. Try to login to your account and you get some kind of weird page about access has been denied to their wordpress site.
Can they not have the decency to at least make an announcement on their home page so that loyal customers like me at least know what’s going on and can now shop for a replacement smart door knob? I have an Airbnb and rely on this to support my guests.
Apple, are you able to confirm if this app should even be downloadable anymore?

Lock doesn’t work in temps under 60°. I got locked out a few times in the cold and couldn’t reset the lock, explicitly asked customer support if cold weather was a problem, was assured that it wasn’t, and found out after resetting the lock with a hair dryer blowing onto it that cold weather was exactly what was causing the lockouts.
If you have the app on two devices, it will kick the admin off and give admin privileges to the alternate. Beware of whom you give keys to. When you get locked out on Christmas night you might come back the next day with a hacker to find your house empty.
App has practically no instructions. It took me three weeks to figure out how useless it is.
Unlock logging only works for Bluetooth unlock, which means that there are no tamper alerts; and logs are 14 hours behind (if I BT unlock at 1640 CST, it logs as having been unlocked at 0240. Exactly which time zone is that?), so if someone breaks in you have nothing to take to the authorities.
The app doesn’t keep an accurate battery life record.
There are so many other problems that by now I’ve pretty much gotten used to them. In three weeks.
Just barricade your door. That’s safer than this POS lock and its unreliable app.
