TurboTenant for Renters 17+

I love using TurboTenant because it’s super convenient. I no longer need to worry about getting a money order or check to pay rent. The app is easy to navigate and very user friendly, making the whole process simple and hassle-free.

This is the first time I’ve ever been compelled to write a review because of how bad it is. I was supposed to pay my rent through the app but it never showed me an option to actually pay it, only showing an “Amount Due” button. Then after two weeks, it finally showed up but managed to take out $1600 from my account and not return it despite my landlord showing me that she refunded it because it should have never gone through. And even then, the button to actually make a payment never showed up. I’ve been trying to change my password now and the link they sent has been loading and spinning for over 10 minutes. Definitely not worth it, I’d suggest literally any other payment method or app than this one if you are able to.

It was super frustrating to get the payment process figured out on my cell phone… but once our landlord, Jon, came over and sat with us to get it figured out it’s was super easy this time… he figured out that our problem was the text size adjustment on my phone… once we adjusted it to smallest size we were able to see the full pages on the app and get all of our payment data input… anyhow, it would be good to add that info in the help section of the app as it would save tenants hours of frustration in doing the initial set up.
