The owner portal allows TurnKey's owners to view key information about their listing. They will be able to see up to date rental information, service activities for their house, and view their latest statements from TurnKey.

Not a great app
If you are just looking at your dashboard, then this app isn't bad. However, if you want to look at anything in detail, you can't get back to the dashboard without leaving the app and coming back in. The desktop version of the owners portal is great. The mobile app... Not so much.
Only a web page skinned as an app
It’s surprising if not shocking that TK doesn’t invest more into an actual native app for iOS. This app is a app-skinned web page that has several flaws. Key is that if you use any feature that takes you to another web page (like your property listing) the whole app window turns into that web page and you have to kill the app to start over. A native app could have many more benefits like in-app notification for key events (like new bookings) etc. there are many other deficits - very difficult to see how the overall review of ones property is derived from all the different listings, what says revenue settings isn’t really revenue settings etc etc. for the volume that TK does and seeing how important an owners interactions with their property portal is, I’d expect more from TKVR.
Hosts: don’t lose money or suffer damage to your beloved home
If you are a host what can I say to make you not choose turnkey? Imagine I said it. I ignored the bad reviews, lost money, suffered considerable damage, had to do most of the work, and turnkey did nothing. And my experience is common. I don’t want it to happen to you.
Inhad all five stars on vrbo and airbnb. I got my first one stars as a result of turnkeys incompetence. My house was damaged but turnkey didn’t tell me and didn’t pursue the renters. The damage was obvious. They don’t charge 18%. They have a ton of hidden fees and charges. They charged me for a repair they never did, even.
My primary reason for wanting a hosting company was I’m not available when I am at work. Turns out, I was fielding calls as early as 4am and 11pm regularly because turnkey wouldn’t answer their phone. Guests were desperate enough to find the owner of the house and find me on facebook because they were so upset.
All turnkey had was excuse after excuse and I lost money. After a few months of their incompetence, I hired a local manager and fired turnkey. In my first month I quadrupled my profit, got only five stars, and slept easier.
Please hosts. Stay away from turnkey.
