The twiist™ AID System is the first automated insulin delivery system powered by Tidepool. twiist Loop is based on Tidepool Loop, a technology that was originally designed by people with diabetes for people with diabetes! Experience this breakthrough in personalized diabetes management.
In addition, the iiSure™ Technology in the twiist AID System uses sound waves to provide accurate delivery and reliability with advanced blockage detection technology. By checking the volume of each micro-dose of insulin at four key points, iiSure helps ensure accurate delivery.
The twiist App is part of the twiist Automated Insulin Delivery System. The twiist AID System is for people with type 1 diabetes, 6 years of age and above, available with a prescription, only in the U.S.

Update your carb entry anytime, and twiist will automatically adjust to help keep you in range.

The Eversense 365 CGM will be available for pairing in early 2026. To use twiist with Eversense 365, your transmitter will require updated firmware from Senseonics. Current Eversense 365 transmitters are not compatible with the latest twiist App. Please contact Senseonics at www.eversensecgm.com/twiist to join their update list and be among the first to receive the required firmware.
