Dissapointing...

I paid for the 2nd line and added gold package so I could record calls. The call recording never worked. I also somehow ended up having all texts and phone call logs erased randomly. From the texting platform, you are unable to send or receive pictures. When texts come in, to be able to see updated texts, you have to back out of the texting platform and re open it, then you will see if you have a response to your thread. I also was prevented from sending to many texts per day, which is odd because I wasn't sending a large amount. Overrall, extremely buggy app. I canceled and was able to obtain a refund and did get a message from the developer apologizing and stating that the issues happen whenever they update the app. It's appreciated that the developer refunded and reached out, but unfortunately I can't in good conscious recommend the app. It just fell far from expectations. 2 stars instead of one, because the developer at least did reach out.

Not seeing my texts

I will see I have a message and then open the app and it is not anywhere to be found . Also some calls coming in are automatically silenced (not my doing ) and end before I have a chance to answer , we’re talking like one or two rings . ….Nice to have the extra number but Had higher hopes for this app .
