Tycoon Hamster Cookie Factory 4+

I love love love this game! The hamsters are adorable and cute. But I have one complaint: I don’t like how you can’t upgrade the looks of the oven. I would definitely love it more but f you could upgrade the oven. I feel like it’s the perfect game for me. And so far it is. I rated it a five star and I downloaded it and everything. But I am also sad because in stage one you only get three or two slots for workers. But I still enjoy the game. But again the hamsters are just SO adorable. Love your game and I’m hoping for more hamster included games from you guys. Please please please make more adorable cute hamster tycoon games.

I played this for a solid day and was really enjoying it. I got around 14 levels into the main game and had been playing the event… when I tried to go back to my main factory it got stuck on the intro loading screen (with only two cookies). I closed and restarted the game multiple times with no success so I deleted and redownloaded. After doing this it started up but with nothing saved. I had to start from the beginning. I figured it was a weird glitch so I played through the same literally hours of stuff again (extra annoyed having lost some epic managers) only to have it freeze in the same spot again. I’m not bothering to do it a third time, what’s the point if I just lose everything a fraction through the game? I paid for the “VIP” pass since it seemed promising and I like to support developers but this is just ridiculous. There should be a mechanism to save progress even in the case of a crash. Support is no help, the whole site is in Korean so I don’t know where the contact info is to even report this happening. Don’t bother with this game unless you want something for just a few hours of time wasting and aren’t intending to play past that.

Edit: I went to give it another try since it sounded like the crashing issue is only after the recent update. However they have removed my VIP status that I paid over $20 for. This is disgusting, actual robbery. They’ve stolen money from me by not delivering the product I paid for.

I would like to start that I absolutely ADORE this game and have dumped a lot of time into it and even got the VIP pass. I’ve already beaten all of the main stages months ago and will log back on occasionally to do events so I can 100% everything, since I only have the special hamsters to finish maxing out. Every other hamster is max level and promoted, same with the furniture so it’s the only thing left in the game for me to do.

Unfortunately, there’s been a constant bug with events that make it unplayable :( I can sometimes start the event but the second I close out or go back to the normal factory, it won’t let me back into the event and freeze on the losing screen. Not only that, but the event awards and expanding workstations are bugged so I’m not even able to progress in the event properly :(

Like I said, I love this game a lot and understand that the app isn’t going to be consistently supported anymore. But if you could fix the bugs with the events so that I can truly 100% the game that would be amazing :)
