Not honoring unlimited purchase
We purchased typesy unlimitied for 5 users in 2018. The program would break after virtually every upgrade to OSX. Now support tells me to use the app store version. Tried that and logged in and now the app is restricted to only the 1st 2 lessons and prompts to buy the Pro version. Contacted support to get any limits on our account removed and heard nothing. Very scammy. Will update if anything changes.
not opening
typesy is a great program and everything was working fine and then all of a sudden it stopped working a few days ago. It just gets stuck on the splash screen and never opens. Im using a mac btw with sonoma
Not Working on Sonoma 14.1.1
Had issues with it not opening for some users. Removed application and reinstalled and it is no longer working. Keeps getting stuck at splash screen. Needs an update for sure! Support ticket submitted.
