A torture app!
Since the time I got this app and an account with this bank, I’ve unsuccessfully been trying to transfer in/transfer out money to and fro my account but always getting “an error occurred, try again later” kinda message. Calls to helpline, emails to customer support, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, changing devices, visits to branch have not resolved the issue. Technically, the app has not been helpful at all. Please hire some professional to fix this torture you call an app.

Sign up option is not responding :( , when I tap on sign up it does nothing like there is nothing or there is no button or option :( . . .
