Not enough words to describe how amazing my coach and program are !!

wow where to begin with this program… i have been working with paige for forever. back when she was a baby in college- she has helped me develop and learn im so many ways than just athleticism- as a person- she helps me grow. this program helps develop athletes- but also people as a whole. it teaches you determination, drive, dedication, and perseverance. with paige, the possibilities on where to go are endless. i am forever thankful and grateful for this amazing person and program. and i am honored to call myself a member of the U Go Gurl community.

I’ve never been happier with my physique!

I’ve worked with Paige for over 5 years now! She has coached me daily for wellness/lifestyle and my successful bikini competition journey. Having someone to hold to accountable day in and day out is a recipe for success. She is a trainer that truly cares about your goals and overall well being! Ive been working with Paige as my coach for over 4 years now and she is the best!! Throughout the years she has helped me so much within my fitness journey, physically and mentally! I have come a long way and couldn't have done it without her. She is very knowledgeable in the health and fitness industry and can help so many girls in so many different ways depending on your goals. The app is also very user friendly and love that I can keep track of all my workouts and all my body stats. 10/10 recommend!
