I like this app just fine.. it offers a lot of options, but it takes you into functions that I’ve never used nor will I use. And then it can get a little confusing/frustrating to get back to home page and reset my bearings so I can check my balance and or transfer funds if needed . I’d rather once you login it takes you to a home page and from there go in any direction a person my want to go through

My kids dad is not in their lives. This is the least he can do thanks to them. The money comes on time. They can get what they need for school any activities outside the home they have and I can always tell when it’s gonna hit, but I wish you had to fix to where we can see when their dad get paid, but that’s confidential, which is understandable but I love the app. It’s spot on with everything loving it.

It seems like my cards are always hacked. It’s not safe to have my money going to this card. This is the fifth time I need to request for another card? No thank you. Who has time to keep getting a new card for their child support payments? I’m sorry but not me. At this point I would appreciate it if you would help me close my account with your company. ASAP! Thank you.

I’m on permanent supportive housing instead of sending the paper checks. They finally were able to send us a prepaid Visa card which it works out great is easy to pay bills and not worry about walking somewhere to cash a check you could just do it at home and pay your bill

Very satisfied customer with this bank not only is it easy to use the card and app but anytime there is an issue whomever I talk to is 100% kind and respectful and sympathetic every single time and does whatever they can to help handle any situation. I appreciate these customer service reps more than they know.

It’s fast where my own bank takes forever to do things only thing is u gotta call and have them transfer money to your bank or go to the bank and swipe the card so the speed is the plus side because there’s a lot of slow poke cards
