Secure backup

100 gb for free storage is a great way to back up my iPhone XR which bears the 5gb of free I could storage that is never enough.

Tech support is great to learn more about device and location services if found is lost is an extra back up if find my iPhone got turned off.

Bad restore and backup

While backing up and restoring the app gets so far at doing one or the other and then errors out. Eventually you manage to get the stuff backed up but to restore any great amount of data, like a music collection, is almost useless. I have over 1000 songs on my iPad. It gets to 90 and then errors out and when you start it it starts back from scratch instead of starting where it crashed. So it’s very difficult to get my songs restored. If the developers of this product are reading these comments please fix your issues so you’re back up restore works without erring out!

Issues with notifications

The app is fine and I'm glad I have a way to back up my device, however, it's very annoying to get the "Uh-oh! U.S. Cellular® Protect powered by Pocket Geek® found an issue with your device" email after I have already backed up my device. I get a weekly notification to back up, and when I get it, I immediately go in and do the back up, and then as soon as I'm done, I get the email. Also, as soon as I close the app, I get the weekly notification again.
