Secure backup
100 gb for free storage is a great way to back up my iPhone XR which bears the 5gb of free I could storage that is never enough.
Tech support is great to learn more about device and location services if found is lost is an extra back up if find my iPhone got turned off.
Bad restore and backup
While backing up and restoring the app gets so far at doing one or the other and then errors out. Eventually you manage to get the stuff backed up but to restore any great amount of data, like a music collection, is almost useless. I have over 1000 songs on my iPad. It gets to 90 and then errors out and when you start it it starts back from scratch instead of starting where it crashed. So it’s very difficult to get my songs restored. If the developers of this product are reading these comments please fix your issues so you’re back up restore works without erring out!

Useless
Latest update is terrible! It used to work flawlessly and would backup everything on my phone. Now it’s a never ending loop of errors. It says it will backup in the background, that’s not true, every time I exit the app it gives a notification that the backup stopped unless the app is open. I’ve tried multiple times to do the initial backup and have never completed it yet. It just seems like the new app is more of an add than something actually useful.
