I like how all my accounts are linked in one place now! It's very convenient! However...the app is extremely slow, and I don't like the 2 separate amounts on each account. Why show what's "there" and what's "available". Just the available amount would be perfect like the old app. No confusions! Those 2 reasons are the only reasons I didn't give the new app 5 stars!!!

Wonderful and convenient to have all my banking in one place! From checking balances to transferring money between accounts this app has made banking so much easier.

Been using this app for many years. Works well enough. Does need an update. After the iOS18 update, quick balance no longer works. I use or would say used this option very often.

I got the update but it is not working for me on my iPad Pro. I can’t get it to load my account history. It is saying “ Application error please try again later”. Or it’s saying no valid accounts. I’ve been banking with Universal one for 20 years or more and can’t figure out what’s going on.

This app has been more helpful than I could imagine. The full functionality and access are the high points.

My main account is checking and I would like to go paperless but only my savings account is available in PDF so I must get my statements mailed to me; this happened after the last big update and I HATE paper!
