The Public Prosecution is a judicial body and a representing part of the jurisdiction according to the federal constitution and legislations, it is the only authority for lodging penal cases, unless the law states otherwise. The First step in the course of performing its tasks in this respect is to revive the case by conducting investigations by itself or through investigation official whom it may assigns, or to summon the defendant to appear before the concerned penal court to face his trial for accusations against him. Besides, it is the only authority to follow the penal cases until the final decision of the court
Through this application, the Public Prosecution offers a range of smart services to enable the parties of any penal case to review the details and the status of their cases and to view the dates of hearing sessions. Along with the facility for communication, service requests and follow-up including the features for payments of fees and obtaining the service in a smart electronic and easy way.

النيابة العامة هيئة قضائية وهي جزء من السلطة القضائية وفقاً للدستور والتشريعات الاتحادية، وتختص دون غيرها برفع الدعوى الجزائية مالم ينص القانون على خلاف ذلك، وأول ما تتولاه وهي بصدد ممارسة مهامها في هذا الخصوص، هو تحريكها للدعوى الجزائية بما تجريه من تحقيقات بنفسها أو بمن تندبه لذلك من مأموري الضبطية القضائية، أو بتكليف المتهم بالحضور أمام المحكمة الجزائية المختصة لمحاكمته عن الاتهام المنسوب إليه. كما تختص النيابة العامة دون غيرها بمباشرة الدعوى الجزائية وذلك بمتابعة السير فيها بعد رفعها حتى يصدر فيها حكم بات.
وتقدم النيابة العامة من خلال هذا التطبيق باقة من الخدمات الذكية لتمكين أطراف القضايا من مراجعة تفاصيل وحالة قضاياهم والاطلاع على مواعيد الجلسات. بجانب تسهيل التواصل وطلب الخدمات ومتابعتها مع خاصية دفع الرسوم والحصول على الخدمة بطريقة إلكترونية ذكية وسهلة.
