Easy to use but needs improvements

Easy to use but needs improvements because the app restarts if another app is open sometimes during the application. If going back then some of the information needs to be added again. Otherwise the app works fine.

I struggled for 4 days to fill the form

It was difficult for me to know why the picture is not correct. I had to try several formats. The document wasn’t help as we followed it. Also it closes as soon as I leave the page and I have to authenticate and sign in several time, it would be better if there is a timer like 1 or 2 minutes. For the application option should be coming under each applicant to renew or modify as the number of option was confusing and I keep on picking the wrong application even though all of them have the word “Renew”. Finally sending a complain through the app is useless, no one replied for 3 days. I had to call the toll number to get the answer or guidance what to do.

Anyway after all, it’s done and better than waiting in the line in Tasheeel.

Visa Renewal

What a surprise how UAE has improved in the past 20 years which I could witness as I have been living in this blessed country for almost 22 years.

Renewing a visa sitting at home is the best experience I ever had since we moved here, it is so easy and not time consuming that saved me lots of my time which could have been lost if I had to go to the typing center.

You doing a very exceptional job which isn’t available in most part of the world and I have no words how great full I am for the fast service I got.

On the down side, the price of renewing a visa including the medical goes above 1000 Aed which should be given a consideration and adjusted.
