Horrible service today. I don’t know how you could offer such horrible service knowing how important this day is for most Americans. I’m in the hospital with my wife who just gave birth to my boy Ethan. I’m under slept I’m under feed so I figured I ordered food off Uber eats. I ordered food first from el monaquito I believe was the name who cancelled my order but not before taking my money out of my account which I probably won’t get back until after New Year. To make matters worse I order a second time to a different restaurant which they charged me again and after waiting for the food for nearly 2 hours they cancel the order like are you guys kidding me and guess what they already charged me so now I’m down 100 dollars like what if that was all I had so what I don’t eat today and trying to contact Uber eats we’ll forget it it’s close to impossible. I feel cheated. Uber eats this is unacceptable. Get it together look online never will you find me ranting on online on any other business prior till today but no one has ever made me this angry because at least those businesses have the decency to take responsibility for there mistakes and acknowledge there mistakes and improve. You guys hold our money and reverse the charge which we don’t get back until weeks later at times. You owe me interest if you borrow someone else’s money as you’ve done mine you should pay interest on it.
I have removed all credit cards from Uber Eats. I am proud to say that I have paid all my credit card balance is down to a zero balance. I went to update payment information with a personal debit card. On my first attempt I accidentally entered the wrong date. That is completely my fault… I have not been able to use this card. Every time I try to enter it correctly it comes back saying that the card cannot be processed. Keep in mind there’s over $18,000 in this account. I have reached out to Wells Fargo and they said they see the Uber Eats request coming through and are being approved on their end. They said that this is completely on Uber eats and not on the Wells Fargo side of things. The funny thing is I’m able to enter my credit card information. But if I do that then I have to pay off the balance every month. I don’t want to have to think about this or add an additional step. Uber eats has no way to reach out to request help with this type of problem. You’re just left sitting in the dark with zero options. Other than continue to use credit cards because they won’t reach out and help you. For the amount of money I spend with Uber eats. I use them every day… Sometimes multiple times a day. I am disappointed. I wanted to make sure they get this one star review. The lack of customer support on their end… They have earned this one star review.
Whole order wrong
My son’s birthday dinner. I understand the limited menu. However, we paid for an adults Chicken & fries and got 3 chicken and 10 fries. A child’s size. We ordered and adult size being he’s 16. I had to cook more food for him. Then the bake potatoes came with nothing. I asked load. Salad had no dressing. I had no dressing at home. The shrimp & Chicken pasta came dry no sauce. I tried putting but on it, but didn’t help and not what we paid for! I understand with delivery we end up heating up our food. I’m ok with that. However, our steak was order Med-rare and it came well done and dry. We ask for extra bread & butter and was willing to pay for any extras!!!! When I looked at the receipt there wasn’t a single note on the yellow receipt or the white receipt attached to both bags. I call Outback they had Uber eats call me. On June 8th the promise a credit and will take a few days. After 12 days I thought something wrong. I reached out to them and they are refusing my credit being that it’s 7 days past the date that it was paid for. After they already promised the credit on the day that I ordered it. I keep getting this stand answer and no help other then they will not credit me back because it’s now 5 days past their 7 days.
Side Note this is not Outback fault!!!! It’s Uber eats!!! There was not a single note on the receipts!
