Edward our driver came early which was a plus since traffic was very heavy ( took 45 minutes longer than projected). His car was immaculate inside an out. Easy conversationalist and thoughtful (while driving had sunshade open to catch some rays; once sun was overhead and temperature rising Edward closed sunshade (without being asked to do so)).Excellent driver would recommend him again to anyone traveling in Miami.He is pleasant an a credit to the driving community.A+

I am partially blind and had to stop driving as my vision deteriorated. Without Uber, I would be much more isolated. I don’t have to wait more than a few minutes for a ride. The cars are always clean. And the drivers are always nice. I thanks heavens for Uber and for the people who are willing to drive. I only wish the company allowed the drivers to keep more of the fees. It’s a disgrace the way the drivers’ compensation has been cut. Riders should always leave a good tip.

I have been with Uber since the beginning. I started out as a driver of persons and uber eats when that started. Then as the years passed I started experiencing Uber benefits like traveling from one destination to another when my own vehicle was being repaired to ordering groceries! I thoroughly enjoy being able to use and support such a great service! Thanks Uber for allowing me to help others and also helping me!

When you live in a gated community,as I do, the Uber driver must have the correct address. Every time uber reaches the gate a problem arises. The gps reading is not precise enough to produce our correct address. This results in a substantial delay. Uber needs to instruct their drivers to confirm the proper address prior to arriving at the gate. NThanks. Also, drivers should enter my community from Coconut road. That is the correct entrance. I hadn’t used Uber in years but needed a ride to a Doctors appointment that I couldn’t miss. The site was very user friendly for this senior, and I reserved a ride for early the next morning. I received many messages from Uber confirming my request and that helped relieve my anxiety about missing the appointment. The driver arrived at my home early and I made it to the appointment with time to spare. Thank you Uber and Andrew the driver for your excellent service.
