Trash app and zero support
I have to use this app for my job and it literally never works. It crashes constantly, notifications are wack, and sometimes it just won’t allow you to log in for DAYS at a time.
There is no way to get help or issues resolved. Their listed number is a voicemail box that is never checked. Their email is just an info line, not customer support. I’ve even gone as far as DMing them on Instagram and have gotten zero help.
As someone who has worked help desk this is insane. If I am somehow missing the help section or knowledge base after scouring the website, I really hope the developer reaches out to guide me to it. Should be able to give negative stars. I’ve never written an app review this is how bad the app and support is.

Very useful - great people
Big fan. Great customer support and great people running the company. They’re new, so there will likely be a glitch or two but since it’s a small company they are quick to respond and fix issues. Very helpful app for my company’s scheduling and payroll.
