Due to the myriad of courses and social groups that form at the university, connecting with other students over book exchange becomes troublesome.
With this application, a student can connect with other students or with one's university library to find the books one needs or would like to sell or lend.
Easy to use:
Use your phone to scan the ISBN code to search, sell or lend a book.
Connected to your academic library:
Library content (full-text and online resources) are automatically found and delivered based on your search query. You can directly read available library ebooks or save holding information of full-text resources for future reference.
Simple to track:
If you "follow" a book that you are searching for, you won’t need to keep checking the app constantly. You will be notified as soon as a student posts it.
Students can choose to communicate with each other via the in app chat or email.
A free service:
This initiative is supported by the University of Amsterdam Library (UvA), the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences Library (HvA), and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam Library (VU).
