Due to the myriad of courses and social groups that form at the university, connecting with other students over textbook exchange becomes troublesome.
With this application, a student can connect with other students or with one's university's numerous library locations to find the books one needs or would like to sell or lend.
Easy to use:
Use your phone to scan the ISBN code to search, buy, sell, lend or borrow a book.
Plenty to find:
Has the book you are searching for not been posted? No worries! You will be able to borrow it from the university library or view it in a bookstore.
Simple to track:
If you "follow" a book that you are searching for, you won’t need to keep checking the app constantly. You will be notified as soon as a student posts it.
Students can choose to communicate with each other via the in app chat, email or even via Facebook.
A free service:
The initiative is supported by the University of Amsterdam Library (UvA), the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences Library (HvA), and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam Library (VU).
We update the app as often as possible to make it faster and more reliable for you!
This version includes:
- Performance improvements to the library book viewer.
- An average book price calculator.
- Feature request additions to the student profile.
- Miscellaneous design improvements.
