Convenient

Love the convenience this app provides, especially free activation/registration of promotions right through the app. Also it notifies when there's a place with promo nearby. A few more suggestions:
(1) should have something to show which card has registered to which promo because I have some cards that are eligible for the same promo and I can't tell which one has been registered for that promo.
(2) Touch ID login does not always show up, so there were many times that I have to type in my password, which is not convenient and less secure. There should be a button to pull up the Touch ID function in case it doesn't show up automatically.

Bad decision

I know it’s been very common to use the mobile phone in Thailand for bank transactions, but I’ve been very skeptical of the case when the phone is lost. Krungsri should give the choice to use either phone or laptop for ALL kind of services. To save on the maintenance of the website Krungsri will be losing customers. I wouldn’t be surprised to know that Krungsri is the only bank forcing customers to ONLY use mobile phone for some or maybe all services. This is not a step forward to show how advanced Krungsri is, this is a step backward to not allow customers have the right to choose. Food for thoughts Krungsri.
