Description

UHouse is an application designed to manage independent buildings and chains of apartments and rooms for rent, allowing tenants connect to owners, managers, brokers and transact directly with ease. This application is designed for tenants who have chosen rooms and apartments via the public web.
Key features:
- Tenants must have an account to access app's feature (or create a new one if they don't have one). Tenants need to enter personal information including full name, phone number, date of birth, ID/CCCD, date of issue, place of issue, and address for registration.
-The above customer information is saved into the system, the landlord will rely on that information to create a lease, deposit, and liquidate the room.
-After the landlord creates a contract and signs it based on the tenant's information, the tenant using the app will receive a notification sent back. Tenants can sign the contract via the app.
