Offers basic services you would expect such as account history and balances, transfers between accounts, bill pay, and check deposit.
Face ID does not work!

Not possible to find it in settings of application or in phone settings to turn it on/off.
Needs a lot of work
It does not easily differentiate between deposits and withdrawal amounts. Mostly my issue is that it is hardly mobile friendly. Yes it’s an app, but that is the extent of the mobile friendliness. Password required every single time, no Face ID or Touch ID, after the password you have to do your security questions every single time! If I had known that I would have put short answers. You can easily transfer between accounts, but I do Uber and I cannot do express pay, it was rejected.
-Thank you for answering. However, I got rid of Ukrainia FCU. Every weekend, if I bought anything you took the money AND held the reserve. Anything, debit or credit bought after 6 pm Friday. God forbid it’s a holiday weekend. $3 or $600, you took the money and reserved it. I had to call the bank so many times they knew my voice. HORRIBLE experience!

Thank you for your feedback. Fingerprint ID / Face ID authentication is available through our mobile app on supported devices. Once logged into the app select "Mobile Services" and then "Manage Fingerprint / Face ID". In addition, but separate from the mobile app, we offer digital wallet through Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, etc. Easy to set up and sync with a UFCU debit or credit card account for contact-less, cashless purchases. Uber riders may use Apple Pay to cover their transit expense. If you have other comments or concerns, you may call (877) 968-7828 and speak with one of our Member Service Representatives.
