Not Happy
I got this item for Christmas four months ago and it hasn’t worked for almost two months now.
This App is Crap!
Don’t tell customers to contact your service people. Program it right in the first place so there is no need for service people!
It worked well for the first few days then it wouldn’t turn to landscape and the screen went nuts. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but the same thing came up. I am not going to call or email someone who barely even speaks English and let them monkey with my iPad.
When it works it’s super.
It’s been getting better and better. There’s still some glitches but this thing has the ability to do a great job! I’m willing to stick with this company and believe they will dial this thing in to be fabulous.
