Ultrasound is a sound, or vibration, at an ultra-sonic frequency i.e. a frequency above the hearing range of humans.

The frequencies have been specifically selected so that the sounds are audible to most rodents & the vibrations can be sensed by insects. For these pests, it's like having an alarm going off constantly. It has been shown that pests prefer to nest in areas they are comfortable. This app makes your home very uncomfortable for them.

Through use of this app, most pests leave the area within a few days.

However, if rodents have already built a nest in your house, they are unlikely to desert their young until they are old enough to move. Fortunately, rodents mature quickly and the babies will be fully grown within a month. If you suspect that there is a nest in your house it may be worth using traps as well.

This app has NOT been found to affect cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, amphibians or children.

It actually works but….

I live in Chicago proper where mice and rats love to get into your walls. I have a new rat that lives in my kitchen walls that is constantly chewing and scratching. and it stopped caring about me pounding on the walls after a week straight of doing that.

I downloaded this app out of desperation, put the volume on max, and held it against the wall for a good 5 minutes and it started slowing down on the scratching and eventually ran off. I know it will come back but this was a good temporary save.

$10/mo? That part could be better. I’ll definitely buy a plug in device now that I’ve witnessed first hand what certain frequencies can do to rodents. I’ve always been skeptical but this actually showed me the light at the end of the tunnel. 😭

It works

My parents have hamsters or something in their attic, and my room is upstairs so I can hear the noise pretty well. I downloaded this app and literally heard them going crazy running around back and forth. I think the app is so effective that it scared me, because I thought these rodents would break through the wall or something! I turned it off 😂 but then I turned it back on. I’m surprised it works.

I was skeptical

I was staying in an AirBnb and mice were in the wall and floor the first three nights of my stay. They kept getting more active each night. I didn’t realize there was an app for that. I got the app and put my phone on the floor. The first night it sounded like they came and went. The next night, nothing. So, I wasn’t using it long term, and I don’t usually write reviews, but I was really impressed that it actually worked great for my purposes. I let the owner know about it when I left, but I didn’t want her calling in the exterminators during our stay, which would have been a hassle.
