Your health is very important to us so please read the following. You will be receiving instruction and information concerning pregnancy/prenatal health, labor & birth, postpartum/postnatal health, meditation, fitness and wellness techniques including yoga, stretching, light resistance training, dancing and other physical activities. By participating, you agree to the following:
1. I understand that UMA may record online classes. If I do not want my image, voice, or representation to be included in or distributed as part of class recordings, I will turn off my video or audio prior to participating so that I am not recorded. I further understand that recorded classes may be distributed in whole or in part for marketing, promotional, or in support of other business activities.
2. I am voluntarily participating in Instruction offered during online classes and recognize that physical exertion may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
3. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in this program.
4. By participating, I confirm that I have no physical or emotional condition that would prevent my safe participation in these classes.
5. By participating, I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I or my property might incur as a result of participation in classes or the program.
6. I acknowledge that the information provided by this service does not replace the care of my physician, midwife or OBGYN.
7. I will consult with and obtain the permission of a physician prior to engaging in any physical activities in connection with these classes.
8. In consideration of participation in this program, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against UMA, Patricia Quintero, and other teachers and students for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participation in the program.
9. I, my heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to hold Patricia Quintero / Uma Mother or its teachers, students or agents responsible or liable for any issue, damage, injury or death that may arise now or in the future caused by their negligence or other acts as it relates to the above.

UMA everywhere!

I had the pleasure of practicing with Patti in person during my first two pregnancies in LA and it was such an important part of cultivating my confidence and intuition as a mother…not to mention a great workout and birth prep! Now that I’m living abroad I am so grateful for this app and the ability to bring UMA everywhere with me!

Love this app

This is such a gift. Beautiful content that allows you to continue your practice safely through all stages of pregnancy and beyond. Terrific convenience and price point. I look forward to more content! Nobody teaches quite like Patti. Very nourishing, strengthening, and empowering. I docked a star because I’ve noticed at least 4 practices on the platform that are missing a side of warrior II sequence. There’s a dancing warrior flow on one side and then trikonasana, but instead of balancing out our other side, we’re taken right into the other side of trikonasana and never repeat the dancing warrior flow on the second leg. Now more than ever during pregnancy I find balance in both sides to be essential. It’s a bummer to have to stop and add that other side in over and over again, as it’s forgotten in several classes. Please take us through both sides of all poses!
