UMAI 360 just got even better. With the release of one of the most requested features: Notification Center.
Before it was complex to see updates when guests made reservations, edits, or sadly had to cancel their reservations. But with Notification Center that is a thing of the past.
You'll get notified immediately when a guest makes a new reservation via your widget, the UMAI booking platform, or any other channel.
Let's run through some of the strengths that will empower your business!
Notification Center displays external changes in one easy to view location. Let's imagine a guest creates a new reservation, it will appear as an update as seen in the image.
If a guest edits their reservation details you can also see it, in vivid detail, with every change clearly displayed so you can get a quick overview with all the required details.
We will even let you know if a guest notifies you that they are running late. You will of course still see the status of the reservation changed to Late and the color changed to our beautiful Late purple.
One of the most important updates is, of course, guests cancelling their reservations. Now you will immediately get a notification, that way you can start reaching out to the people on your wait list or provide a table to guests walking in or calling your establishment.
Finally we will also update you when guests with awaiting payments to confirm their reservations fail to make a payment. This will allow you to either re-send them the payment link, or to provide that table to other patrons.
More notifications, such as waitlists, queues, gift cards purchases and others are coming in next phases! Stay tuned!
