Best Recipe App

This is a very comprehensive app for recipe storage and in my opinion is superior to the “traditional” ones that people mention such as Paprika, Whisk, etc.
My goal was to have an app that had a cloud storage component as well as allowed for recipes to be “shared” with another person. We have a lot of physical cookbooks that we wanted to have in a digital format. We also wanted to be able to directly add recipes from a website as well. Many of the other apps out there offered some of these features, but not the whole spectrum of them. The most commonly missing feature among the competitor apps is the ability to share recipes with another user. This app is very streamlined with the “share” feature.

I happened to find out via this app via a Reddit post after I had tried about 8 or so apps and was growing frustrated with not being able to find one that delivered exactly what I wanted. This app delivers and I am very glad I discovered it.

All I’ve ever wanted!

I’ve been looking for a good place to organize and keep all my recipes. I was trying with Pinterest but it just didn’t do what I needed. THIS APP HAS EVERYTHING IVE EVER WANTED. I will recommend this app to everyone till I die. You can import recipes from almost anywhere and add your own. Not only that but you can meal plan with specific times, make grocery lists, and export your recipes as well! I really love that I can add a widget to my Home Screen that will tell me what meals I plan on making that day. The UI is also perfect and so much better than other apps I’ve tried. When you do import a recipe is super easy AND no more scrolling down a ridiculously long blog post to get to a recipe! It’s all right there and you can edit all of it. I’m vegetarian and now I can edit out all the meat from recipes or add meat replacements. I could cry at how excited I am to finally have one place for all my meal and recipe things!

Weeping tears of joy

I downloaded this yesterday and I’m in love! I have a million bookmarks on my phone that has been stopping me from switching my phone browser from safari, so I’ve been moving all my recipes over to this app. And the process has been fun to look at all the recipes I’ve collected in such a great and clean interface. I love that I’m able to just buy this outright instead of having to pay each month. The tagging system makes me so happy. The only one thing I see that could make this better (if I haven’t overlooked that I can already do this) is adding a new tag and then being able to go through and quickly select recipes to add to the tag instead of having to open each recipe and add it. Thank you so much for creating this amazing app 💕 I’m so excited to be able to have all my recipes in one place!
