Discover what to do next. Whether you wish to self-manage and track or share your information with a trusted practitioner, uMore can help you take control when monitoring your mental health.
Just fill in a 14-item questionnaire to measure your self-reported level of stress, anxiety and depression. uMore gives you a score representing your self-reported levels of well-being. The goal of our questions is to help you understand your current situation. We use the same questions and scores used by clinicians for years.
Over time, you can see how your scores change, helping you better understand your triggers, patterns and general mental well-being.
Click on the bottom right menu and check in daily with your mood. You can see your mood calendar by day, week and month. Use our mood log feature as an emotion tracker, bad mood journal, feelings journal, and emotion tracker to analyze your moods and see what triggers your good and bad days. Tracking your mood daily may help you feel more in control and may give you a sense of cognitive closure so that day by day you can make improvements to your mental health.
We know that giving you just a score through mental health tracking is not enough. You need actionable tools, content and insights. That's why our feelings tracker, mood calendar and stress management app provide you with evidence-based recommendations, written by our medical researchers from proven self-help techniques from CBT, mindfulness meditation, sleep hygiene, relaxation breathing and positive psychology exercises - all designed to improve wellbeing.
You can self-manage your behavior by taking part in our weekly activities. The goals of our exercises and activities are to help you recognize, understand, and manage mental distress by self-initiating positive behavioral change.
